What is Web Usability?
Good web usability enables website visitors to visit and utilise your website in an expected way. No hold ups or uncertainties in accomplishing the goal that they set out to achieve.
Often there is a mismatch between how the business or organisation represents its offering to how the goal orientated user [visitor] expects or wants to find it.
